Bassy

Jack calls kitchen utensils, "Bassies." Sort of like "bossy" but with more of an "a" sound. Like "BAH-see." All spatulas, wooden spoons, whisks and the like are bassies. We have no idea where this came from.

Anyway, this morning Matt handed Jack a spatula and Jack said, "Bassy!" In slight exasperation I asked, "Why, Jack? Why is that a 'bassy'?" And Jack said, "Meow."

Matt and I looked at eachother and shrugged and Matt said, "Ask a stupid question..."
