15 Month Doctor Appt.

Jack went in for his 15 month Well Baby doctor appointment. He shot up like a weed. The doc checked his height and weight twice to make sure they were correct. He gained almost four pounds in the last three months and is now 25lbs 12oz, and he grew over three inches in three months and is now 32.5" tall. He got a ton of shots this time so he was pretty unhappy during the appointment, but we took him out for ice cream afterwards - which he didn't like and wouldn't eat. So he ate our clam chowder instead. When we told the doctor we were having another baby he said, "Your goal is to make it through the first year. It pays huge dividends down the road (being close in age), but is really difficult early on." Mm.
